Average Mississauga house and condo prices remain at near record highs in latest TRREB report

Total sales for all dwelling types tracked by the The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) fell compared to the all time monthly record of 1,411 transactions seen in March to 1,071 in May. That represented a two month decline of 340 transactions, or 31.7 per cent.
