The energy has shifted in the real estate market across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area – and not just because spring is in the air. In all areas of life, hope has been reignited with the vaccine rollout. Real estate has shown tremendous resilience throughout the pandemic, and it has increased its contribution to our economy to 9 per cent from an average of 6 per cent. People are buying homes and condominiums!
